Second 2008 presidential debate Obama vs McCain
This is the second of three scheduled debates this election cycle. The moderator will be tom Brokaw, and al questions will be from the audience either present or via the internet. This is in the so-called Town Hall format. Once again look for both Obama and McCain to declare victory after this debate, no matter what happens.
